SEMI-AUTOMATIC FILLING MACHINE "MINIDOS"

for metering alchoolic and liquid products with absolute accuracy

It consists of a small painted steel frame containing a D.C. gearmotor for movement transmission to the filling piston.
It can be fitted out with stainless steel piston or on request,
with glass syringe.
An electrical plant with supplementary pedal operation is
available.
It is equipped with speed variator.
Safety protection devices on the filling group.

It is available in 3 different ways:

  1. equipped for dosing to 20 cc.
  2. equipped for dosing to 50 cc.
  3. equipped for dosing to 200 cc.

  • Semi-automatic Filling machines for filling liquid and
    semidense products in bottles and jars
  • The bottles to be filled are manually positioned under
    the needle: by actioning the ST ART button, the filling
    cycle begins
  • At the end of filling, the filled bottles are replaced with the
    empty ones and the machine is ready to start another cycle.

 
In standard version the machine is composed by:
  • painted steel frame (or on request, stainless steel frame) which contains all movement devices of the filling pistons
  • filling group which can be realized with 1, 2 or 4 filling pistons
  • dosing cylinders feasible in many sizes (for dosing from 3 to 1000 cc. ) according to the dosage requested capacity
  • stepless speed change gear for machine speed adjustment
  • safety protection devices on the filling groups
  • indipendent electrical installation with supplementary control pedal
